I am a solo agent or an individual agent as we Realtors often refer to it. Simply put that means I am the only licensed real estate agent who is going to be representing you throughout the purchase or sale of your home. When selling your home, I will guide you through the first steps of analyzing the market and deciding on the appropriate listing price. I will be the one guiding you through preparing your home for photos and showings and I’ll be there on photo day to assist with any last minute staging. I will be the one to help coordinate the pre-listing inspection. I’ll be the one you’re hearing from with updates on how your house is doing and how the showings are going. I’ll be the one to talk with you about the risks associated with various offer terms when reviewing offers. I’ll be the one working through any unforeseen appraisal issues with you.
Regardless of what stage of your home sale we’re in, I’m by your side the whole time and even after closing. If you get a note, email, or text from me anytime after closing I did personally write that for you!
There are 1000 different ways to run a real estate business and that is how I choose to do it. I’m a highly organized person and do well with time management, so this works for me and for my clients.
