I am very frequently asked, do I have a team or am I an individual, solo agent. I choose to be an individual agent because I want to personally be right beside you the entire time. I want you to know I am always the one you reach out to.

There are 1000 different ways to run a real estate business, but I’m a highly organized person and do well with time management, so this works for me and for my clients.

That being said, don’t for a second think that this means I don’t have a team supporting us behind the scenes. I have lists of incredible home inspectors who my clients have loved working with. I have lists of fantastic lenders who offer a wide variety of competitive loans.

My own husband is a professional, full-time real estate photographer. So yeah. He’s there for us!!! Aaaand he’s the best 🙂I have incredible house cleaners, people who can stretch carpet, patch carpet, or do handyman work. I have painters I have landscapers I have lawnmowers for when you’re selling your house and you’ve already moved out of state.

I have a closely held list of amazing people We can turn to for a variety things that come up during a home sale and if I don’t already have someone on my list, I know exactly where to get them.

So in my mind, THAT is my team, and that’s the team that you have supporting you when working with me.
