Let’s talk the term market analysis. When you are wanting to sell your house and we are talking price, what we are going over is not going to be my opinion of what your house is worth. Instead, it is going to be what the market data is saying and I’m here to interpret it for you. Here’s what I mean.
PART 1 - I am a solo agent or an individual agent as we Realtors often refer to it. Simply put that means I am the only licensed real estate agent who is going to be representing you throughout the purchase or sale of your home.
PART 2 - I have a team supporting us behind the scenes. I have lists of incredible home inspectors who my clients have loved working with. I have lists of fantastic lenders who offer a wide variety of competitive loans.
This is something that is non-negotiable, in my opinion, for all listings. It's the bare minimum you should always receive from your Real Estate Agent.
